It always works for me!
Pamprin always works for me, even whence other similar medications/brands fail. It may be the caffeine. It may be the muscle relaxing ingredients. I know not. It simply works to relieve not only menstrual symptoms, but also aches and pains from work. Even me husband uses it! It helps with me husband's back pain, chest, and leg cramps.
