This is a really heavy duty shepard's hook! It screwed into the ground easily and about 18 inches. It came in 3 parts and the went together quickly. The round plate and wires make it really stable in the ground. It holds my Dynatrap bug zapper securely and at the proper recommended height to zap all the scary bugs. If you need a shepard's crook, this is the one!this is it

As strong as it says.
This shepherds hook is very strong. It holds the large Wind River Corinthian Bells chime with no leaning. It can be left out all year as well

Very sturdy and holds up to high winds. Easy assembly. High quality and appropriate for heavier hanging plants

Looks great doesn't hold well
Did not last long after assembly. Was to hold up to 30lbs . My hanging basket wasn't even 10 or 15 lbs. Started out great the. Then the hook started leaning a week after and upon inspection the base in the ground was bent and was close to breaking

So disappointed… snapped apart first from a storm with a little bit of wind and once it came apart we could not fasten it back together. Not a very good value for my money.
