Our former set's batteries went bad and we had no choice but to purchase this set. I've never been so happy about a bad battery! I wish we'd purchased these sooner. These phones are great in quality, features and price. Set-up was easy! I love that you can "name" each phone so everyone in the house can easily tell where the phone belongs if it's found away from its home. The call-blocking feature is amazing at stopping robot calls. I am a big fan of these phones!
So far the system has worked to perfection. What is really helpful is the ease in which to block calls
I bought for a friend and she is happy. These were replacing old phones of the same brand. These are good phones.
I bought these phones to replace the system I had in place for the past 8 years. Although this phone system is adequate for home service, I was expected in the "block caller" to be more user friendly. Solicitation and robo calls are so frequent that I needed an updated system for my home. Volumn is also not that good on full even on speaker phone. But for under $100 what can you expect for 5 phones.
handsets do not hold lengthy charges my 3yr old former Panasonic set held charges much longer when using multiple calls after overnight charging. wouldn't recommend to anyone needing phone use throughout the day with multiple calls.
The "Volume" sucks .... they don't turn up loud enough! Worse than my previous Panasonic Set of Phones. Should ""return them""" I still might!
Batteries are lasting only 2-3 days before needing recharge, even if that phone was not used. Should they be left on handsets continuously to maintain charge? If so, how long before batteries will need replacing?
It is a great system BUT the cheapo's ate Panasonic only give you the short manual and when I called to see the entire manual I was told I had to print the entire manual
I have had the phones for about 2 weeks and they look great. but the volume is terrible. The speaker phone you can barely hear the people talking. my old Panasonic were better than these new ones.
The speakers are a lot less than satisfactory! I can't hear at all using the handset speakers even with them set on full volume, and must use the "speaker phone" option to even hear anything of the conversation on the phone. And even the "speaker phone" has very LOW audio... even on full volume. I suppose that is typical of CHEAP "Made In China" junk!
