Great for quilting projects. No cord to interfere with your in-progress ironing as you sew. Nice color and good weight.

Good for quilters pressing patches.
I really love this iron as a quilter. It's really good for pressing patchwork. A challenge to remember I have to put it back on the holder (which is what keeps it charged/hot) when I only need to make a tiny adjustment to the fabric with two hands, but getting used to it. I have NOT put any type of water in it to use the steam feature but will soon. I have some hanging textiles that came with wrinkles and will try this on those items. I'm a little scared to put any water in it since all my other irons got ruined by using distilled water. Why is that?
