Panasonic Extra Handset for KX-TGD & KX-TGC Series White

I wanted to add an additional phone unit to my existing set of Panasonic telephones throughout the house. Walmart was the only place where I could find one stand alone unit without having to also buy the base unit. I was able to set it up and connect it to my existing phone system quickly. This is exactly what I wanted.

The product was fine. It was not compatible with our current system. The phone was through a third party. Being able to return it through my local Walmart was very easy.

Was presently surprised as to how easy to import data from my other phone. Also like the quick response and delivery of it.

This Panasonic Extra handset works perfect for what I needed it for with my existing Panasonic phone system.

It is part of my phone system and was a great addition

ITEM WORKS AS ADVERTISED..................

I bought this for an older base unit , kx-tg9581. The only thing lacking is the db-25 jack for a wired headset to connect to the handset. While I would've preferred that, my base unit does support a Bluetooth headset as well, so I can manage. To be fair, the product page explicitly mentions compatible series (but I bought this anyway) and the handset does otherwise work well with the base unit.

This handset would not pair with the Panasonic base unit, which I also purchased from Walmart. When I tried to return it to my local Walmart store, the customer service person could not find any record of my handset purchase. Two weeks later at the same store, I tried again and was able to return it. but due to it being a third party sale, I had to wait for the seller to credit my account. It was credited on 5-13-26. Beware when ordering from Walmart online. (I like Walmart, but this did not measure up!)
