Good update phone system

NAZDAR June 28, 2014

Things that need to be improved: The three plastic navigation buttons at the top are black same as the case color. In low light they are hard to see. In addition they are quite small and present minor difficulty to to depress as needed. They should be a bit larger and colored silver or white. In addition, the LED notifies you of a "Missed Call," but on a 2 line system it does not identify which line received the call. The instructions are good but could be improved by providing "examples" to improve understanding. It is "Bluetooth" compatible. In my instance, of no benefit to me.

Great Phone

SOWS September 30, 2010

This was purchased as an extra cordless for a base phone in a small business. The main phone was purchased at Best Buy several months ago, but they did not stock this extra hand set. Very good for the money.

In time, you can't use a headset.

Almostageek March 20, 2017

This is the second handset I had to replace. It stops working with a headset after about two years. The wireless is signal strong enough to get clear reception in a 450 square foot apartment.

Overall a great phone, but those ringtones...

MPLibrary December 4, 2014

This product is being utilized in a small town library. We love several of its features, especially it's programming function, which is simple to use. We don't particularly find any of the ringtones pleasing to the ears, however there are many digital ringtones to choose from.

The phone is for you

BarleyCreek November 11, 2010

I own a restuarant and microbrewery in NE PA and we need two lines and multiple hand sets. We researched a number of "big business" phone systems and for what we need and could afford this was the best deal. I would like the range from the base to be a bit stronger (hence 4 stars and not 5) If a new system comes out with a greater range I'll upgrade because I really like this phone.
