Panasonic KX-TGE262S Link2Cell Bluetooth Enabled Phone with Answering Machine 2 Cordless Handsets

I love Panasonic phones! I've used them for years and the only problem I've ever had was the keypad on the base unit had 1 or 2 keys that stopped working. This phone I bought to use with my cell phones for husband and I. I'm tired to running through the house trying to reach the cell before they hang up and this phone allows me to answer my cell phone (or husbands cell) from the phone system and it works great. Setting the bluetooth up was a concern at first for me, but the process went so smooth it was actually shocking to me. The phones work find, volume is loud enough that we both hear well even being a bit hard of hearing; I love the look and feel of the phone and the only thing I did not know was that I cannot use the phone system's answering feature when the system is set to cell use only...(we do not have a landline on this phone). Other than that, I am very pleased with this system and would recommend highly to all.

It shipped quickly with a great tracking system. The product is great! It allows us to connect our cell phones without a land line. Great range.

This is one thing that I can recommend it. Great signal power a lot great options make it the best land phone I ever had.

Hands down the best landline phone I have ever owned. The bluetooth feature makes it a great buy you cant go wrong. No issues at all so far it works even better then expected. This is my 1st ever Panasonic phone & I'm hooked I will stick with them from now on. Great phone great price if your in the market for a phone just buy this one & be done with it no need to look elsewhere this is the real deal.

It is helpful to have extra hand sets around the house. I don't have a land line, so this is a helpful alternative. The only downside is that if you go very far out of range there is some static on the line.

Cons: 1) It turned out that it works only with certain Bluetooth headsets (when the Panasonic tech support sent me the list upon my request, there were only a few dozen headsets tested for compatibility with a few Panasonic cordless phone models. Since that was my main requirement (compliance with a Bluetooth headset) and it did not work with mine I decided against keeping the phone. 2) It was not stable with keeping the link with my cell phone; even to establish the connection the BASE and the cellphone one has to keep the distance of just a few feet (as per the manual) although 33 feet is supposed to be the textbook distance (and that between a handset and a Bluetooth headset, at least in cellular telephone) 3) The body is not so sturdy, some cracking when pressing in the hand, which by the way can be heard by the interlocutor. Also when the sounds of the phone interacting with my hand was heard on the other end of the line, one of the handsets was audibly louder that the other. I need my cordless phone for professional sounds with clear and unobstructed sound, spending a few hours a day, and I mostly use it with a headset I had to return it. Few phones these days have the criteria I need (both Bluetooth and corded headset capability, cellink, not too high a price) but I'll keep on looking (probably among other Panasonic models as well). Not among the same kind of design as this model though (solid silver front, slightly curved).

The connection was awful- i couldn't hear clearly through the earpiece for calls- all staticky- i returned product.
