One charger did not function
Luckily, I had an old set exactly like this one, and I was able to substitute an old charger. Poor quality control. I really wanted this set as I had an old one with compatible phones and I felt it would be relaible.

Don't trust this supplier!
Audio receiver volume decreased on each handset after 15-20 minutes of conversation on each of 4 handsets after a month of usage. I requested a replacement of the purchase or a new set of replacement batteries for all handsets as it has the symptoms of weak batteries. In every case, the handset had been sitting in the charger unit which is plugged into the wall. The supplier, Supplies USA, denied my request because the request was the day after the return date.

very complicated to use. does not retain numbers. I've used Panasonic for over 20 years. This one is awlful. May I return and get reimbursed?
