This phone has many upgraded features than my old Panasonic had such as call blocking and the ability to return the call to someone who left a message with just the touch of a button. Being able to use the base as a phone is nice too. The user manual is difficult to understand. Some settings are set using the handset and others using the base unit. Confusing. Manual could be improved upon.

Phone works very well, and easy to set up. I like the many features it has especially the call block. Sound is excellent, a very good buy at this price.

I not only like the screen display, but a voice that lets me know where the calls are coming from giving me the option to answer, ignore or block.

Sound is loud and very clear. Would buy again

We just bought it, but when we spoke to people near and far they've remarked that it sounds like we're next door. The order was delivered on time. We're happy with this purchase.

Works well. Has numerous features. Pleased with the speaker phone. Wish it had a blinking light on top of the handsets to alert you of a message. Our other Panasonic did.

I'm a fan of Pansonc phones. This one didn't disappoint me. In fact I like the upgraded features from my old one. Plus the cost was the best over all the other vendors on the net.

Answering system has many desired functions and is generally easy to use. Thus far, I have found two negatives. First, erasing messages using the handset requires multiple steps or memorization of a 3-digit code. Two, the voice quality seems inferior to some competing and similarly priced devices.

Replaced antique AT&T system. Easy to program, wide choice of ringtones and other settings. Don't have Caller ID from local provider yet. If that works out well then will probably give 5 stars. I glued 3" wide cork coasters to bottom of handset stands to keep them from falling over. As someone else noted - they are very lightweight and unstable.

The written directions on how to set up date and time; and answering machine were not clear. Had to call the toll-free number to get help. It is frustrating when you read the directions, try to accomplish the task, and it doesn't work.
