Order for 86 year old mother. The packing left out one of the base and hand set. Contacted the seller and they wanted me to send it back in instead of sending the single head set and base to me. This was unacceptable therefore I returned the item back. Sorry just sorry business practices. People being paid big money to screw other people over.
