Panasonic Microwave 1.3 cu ft Over The Range in Stainless Steel

It has excellent Panasonic quality but on a budget value price. This microwave heats evenly.

It is a big microwave, and cooks quickly and evenly. I didn't know when purchasing, but it needs a minimum of 12 inches of free space above, 3 inches behind, and nothing (open area) on the right side of the microwave (opposite side of the buttons/numbers). I had to place microwave on a different counter because of this, but it ended up being fine. It is easy to use, and so far I am very happy.

Shopped online for the features I wanted and this model fits the criteria. Mostly wanted a white interior with a size to fit my counter. Got a bit reduced wattage and interior space, but it fits a dinner plate and works fast and mostly quietly. Popcorn setting is perfect, as well as sensor reheat. Never realized how much I used a microwave until I was without it! This also shipped fast, before I want bonkers from "microwave withdrawal"!

the only thing I dislike about this microave is that it's very hard to see/read the numbers on the face. Wish some cos. would think of older or vision impaired people.

I like the microwave but I'm a little disappointed that there is no inside light.

The child lock keeps locking all the time. The only way to unlock it is to unplug the unit or continually enter the unlock code. I emailed Panasonic about this but did not receive any reply from them. Also this unit has no light to come on when you open the door. Not happy with this product. The Panasonic I had before had melting, splintering on the door after two years of ownership. They would not cover any warranty on this saying the warranty was past the one year of coverage. Not pleased with either Panasonic product.

Nice small microwave, but there are several features which are not included that are standard on most all microwaves. First the interior light only WORKS when the machine is operating. The light does not come on when the door is open, making good clean up next to impossible unless you use a flashlight or have a kitchen which is well lit. Secondly the notification that the microwave is finished cooking is so WEAK that you have to standing next to or in front of the microwave to hear it. Had I known of these issues I wouldn't have purchased this model. However, I had to have a microwave not to exceed 23 inches in width. This information should have been disclosed on the description on the web and/or outer box. I should have returned it.

I returned it I need my money back

This was a gift and now will have to be returned. This is not an over the range microwave. This is for the countertop.
