Why have you apparently replaced such a good product with a much inferior one for almost double the price and half the choice of colours.I have used this happily and successfully for many years. I too am now forced to try to get hold of old stock, while simultaneously having to waste money trying to find an alternative. Do you ever ask your customers what they want? Very very unhappy. What do you suggest I use instead?

Used from age of 12, only foundation that works for me. Now 48 and I've heard it's being discontinued. Please tell me this isn't true as all other foundations make my skin break out. Please keep this product in number 13 or tell me that there is an alternative product coming in to replace it.

I began using this product when I was 16 years old (we all like to try stuff out). I am 70 years old now and there is still not a product to touch it when you're having a bad complexion day. I go very eady on powder now, butits still number one in my make up kit

I have been using the old Max Factor pan stick in cool copper for at least the last 32 years & loved it. Easy to apply, great colour & coverage, tried all sorts to beat it but couldn't ever find anything better! So disappointed with the new one, it's not the same colour nor texture & it doesn't even smell the same!!! Will have to find another brand if we don't get the old ones back!

Why have you discontinued this product I've used it for 17 years since I was 15 and I'm so angry I can't get it anymore. There's no other foundation like it so can u please bring it back instead of the new replacement you have made with its roller ball and sponge I just want my cool copper panstick back now !!!!

I have been buying max factor pan stik nouveau beige number 13 for about 20 years,it is my one make up staple and is or was perfect.Bought more today as I had ran out and got 2 of the pan stik no 13 in Boots,one is my usual colour and quality but the new one is now made in Germany instead I'd Ireland and the colour and texture has changed,it is very noticibly more orange and is also shiny whereas it's usually a nice Matt beige.If this is the new product I will have to find something else after using for over 20 years! Very unhappy with the changes to the product.

What have you done max factor !! I've been using the same pan stick for years and always loved it , what's that saying if it's not broke don't mend it , the new stick is horrible and not even my old colour, so disappointed I'm back to wasting money on trying to find a new foundation please please bring the old one back
