Pantene Pro-V Flexible Gel for Waves and Curls, 6.8 oz

I purchased this to replace a much pricier gel that I had been using for years. This gel seems lighter but still does the job. I have thick hair and just use gel and a quick blow dry and people swear I use a curling iron.

I think it's going to be perfect for my curly hair!

I have fine, straight hair. Not what hair this product is meant to help! It adds body, texture and my hair will actually hold a curl.

This was not a good as its former product. I don't think I'll buy this again instead I'll try a different brand. Pantene is a fine product and this one may work better for you than it did for me.

Was not flexible in my hair

It seems like maybe the formula has changed. I have used this for years but it doesn't hold my hair like it did previously.

This might work for others, but it didn't work for me. I've been using VO5 HAIR DRESSING for years and it does the job. Like I said, this product might be great for some people, but not for me. I do use many of Pantene products and am always pleased with the results of the shampoos and conditioners.

I'm very disappointed by this product. I had the shampoo and conditioner and loved it for my curly hair, but this gel did nothing to help the curls. I didn't notice any help with frizz or defining curls. I applied it to damp hair, as directed, and let it air dry as I always have with any other product. It was cheap, but did nothing for my curls, unfortunately.
