the description of this product was accurate. it meant my expectations. it is rich and feels luxurious. it really cleans and shines your hair. other cheaper shampoos feel like cheap gel and hardly claimed your hair at all. the only thing I would complain about is the price it just keeps going higher and higher and people blame it on inflation but my opinion is once everybody starts raising their prices everyone else joins in and so it's got so little to do with inflation that you feel you are being deceived. I love everything about this product except for the ever-increasing price. eventually you are forced to purchase the cheap gels are just used a plain bar of soap.

The shampoo is paraben free and has a very nice light scent. It takes a small amount to really lather!! My hair is gray like salt and brownish pepper, but very shiny with those shampoo!! I also think it's very reasonably priced, especially when you get the large one

I'm very picky about what kind of shampoo I use, I normally use professional kind, but I didn't have time, so I grabbed a bottle of this, and it's great

Pantene shampoo works especially well for us at our cabin that uses hard water. Not sure why, but it works better with hard water than the expensive salon shampoo for this.

I love the way my hair smells and feels after using this product. I am able to go a day or two without washing my hair and it still feels clean and smells great!

I love this product pretty much. All the pantene line of shampoos and conditioners are fantastic. i purchased this for my husband he does have oily hair and this really works great for him and it cleanses his hair. Nice smells great and leaves his hair soft. I would highly recommend this product.

I have silver hair and I don't get any brassy colors due to build up this keeps it beautiful and manageable and I get a lot of compliments on my hair

Rewind to pre-2025, this shampoo used to smell good and lather very well. At some point within 2025, the consistancy changed with Pantene products. The classic shampoo no longer lathers as much, to the point that when I wash my hair and rinse it out, it's almost as if the shampoo has completely disappeared, with much of nothing being rinsed out. This was never the case with previous versions of Pantene pre-2025. Everyday products across the board are rapidly being degraded by greedy corporations due to the current pro-profit state of the country and I'm afraid Pantene has done just that. I will be exploring other competeing shampoo brands.
