I have been using this product for years. I've tried other shampoos and conditioners, but I keep coming back to purchase this exact Smoothing one. My hair is manageable, shiny, silky looking and smooth. Friends always ask me what products I use, and this shampoo and conditioner are it. I have semi-stick straight, medium to fine hair and live in a dry climate.

Pantene is my all-time favorite brand of shampoo and conditioner, ever. I now pack it whenever I travel because I never want to use a less effective product, even for a few days. This product tames those flyaways that make my hair look messy. My hair is smooth, shiny and feels great, and I really like the way it makes my hair smell.

Even though I didn't receive my items, Walmart reimbursed me and my husband went and bought it back again, but he didn't use my coupons but that's OK because Walmart went out of the way that means a lot to me

Made my long hair soft and Tangel free. Let's hair in the drain catch. Don't need a lot of products to get the job done. Want softer hair? I recommend it.

Works ok but did nothing for smoothness in my hair. Seems to make my hair more frizzy. No itchy scalp. Cleans hair well. Smell is nice. I think problem might be conditioner.

I was expecting something a lot better than this for what I paid for it! I was excited to use hoping it would help my frizz some. Nope, didn't even condition that well. Other, a lot cheaper brands have done more than this one, and I can get 2 for the price of this. Didn't work on my grandsons hair either. Would not recommend.

only brand I can use for my natural curly, frizzy hair. wish Pantene would bring back "ice shine" that line was amazing and left my feeling and looking healthy and shiny. this is the closest to "ice shine" nothing special, basic shampoo and conditioner

I cannot give you an honest review because I didn't receive my order, It was delivered elsewhere and I'm still waiting on my reimbursement. It has been over a week and a half and I'm pretty upset about it. It is always been a good product in the past.
