Good, but not perfect
I love quince, but this jam was too sweet for my taste. The texture was granulated, but I prefer the smoothness of Catalan membrillo.

Full of corny syrup or glycose syrup as sweetner
Almost no cane or real sugar---sweetner almost entirely corn syrup---masked by saying the first ingredient was Glucose Syrup---this didn't even show up in the information or pictures on the website description.
