They're great. I'm out of school but wish i could go back, I'm weird like that. Well I thought about it and wish I had a parent that cared about my school life. Sorry that's not about the pencils. I used today they're great. Comes with lead so that was good.

I remember when these pencils initially came out in the market so many years ago, and I have exclusively used these ever since! Amazing fit in the hand, comfortable to use, huge eraser that lasts so long. I have pretty small hands, but these are very comfortable to use!

Great for using in art classes.

I like how the lead does not easily break but the pen design is uncomfortable to hold(maybe the day I hold the pen?). I had callous on my fingers during the week I used this (I write almost 4hrs a day when i study) but other than the design, I liked the product.

Works ok…. Just don't press too hard

it's good it's just that it breaks a little too much and it barley includes any lead

Pencil %231 - When I pressed the 'button' to release some lead, the 'button' got stuck. Tried taking it apart to fix, forget it! I'll use the extra lead and erasers for other pencil. Pencil %232. The 'button' worked releasing the lead. However, you have to be careful when holding not to press the 'button' or else. It is cumbersome. Whoever designed the Clear point Mechanical Pencil - yikes!

Bought these Papermate mechanical pencils because I had worn out my Pentel after years of use. Walmart didn't have any Pentel brand, so I bought the Papermate. They just aren't as good. The lead kept breaking and breaking. Became irritated within the first minute of use. Both brands were the .5 mm. My husband uses pencils daily at work, and he said the same thing. I threw the Papermates in the trash and ordered more Pentel from Amazon.
