I had a hard time initially getting the swing out arm to release. Once I got it unlocked, I loosened the phillips screw that allows it to swing out. Now it swings out and back away for storage with no problems. I chose this model because of the four functions. I have never seen a "wave" cut or perforation option on a paper cutter. The wave cut is not a large scallop, but it adds a nice decorative edge that is nice and straight, unlike the uneven results that you may get using scalloped scissors. The perforation is a nice feature. The crease funtion allows you to make folds easily. One of my pictures features all four functions: straight cut, crease, perforate, and wave cut. The stoppers on the bottom keep it securely on the surface. I like how all four functions store on the spin wheel and are readily available. This will be a go to tool for making junk journals.

I've never had or even seen a paper cutter like this before!! The three different kinds of cuts and the scorer all in one is mind blowing 🤯 so no more switching cutters around and needing multiples. The pads on the bottom keep it from slipping and sliding and keeping it more stable while cutting. Perfect for the beginner or intermediate to scrapbooking and journaling.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because there was no directions. I'm new to scrap booking so I didn't know which one was the reading blade. Other than that, this has made cutting so much easier!! lol,I have problems cutting in a straight line,not anymore! I really enjoy working with it! I enjoy the wavy cut the most! It's just a fun,yet valuable crafting tool.

Got this since I restore dollhouses professionally and needed something to assist in cutting wallpaper in a much more efficient manner and this absolutely worked! I was somewhat skeptical since others mentioned that the different blades did not cut as well and you had to go over the paper several times. I had the opposite of this problem. My paper was cut with one swipe. I did however have difficulty releasing the extendible arm, but used a mini screw driver to loosen it a bit and that seemed to work. Overall I found this tool useful as it helped me make much more precise cuts to my wallpaper without wasting it and I can cut larger sheets with the extension.

This was on clearance sale for $22.99 and it looked intriguing with the 3 separate cuts and the fold crease. As a crafter, I am always looking for better ways to complete my tasks. Currently, I have been making mini books to fill a true 1:6 scale bookcases that was 13” tall x 5” wide. So straight cutting all the small pages with a scissors is tedious. In the past, I have tried a cutting wheel, cutting devices similar to this without success for hitting my provided cut line. Part of the problem is lining up the supplied paper line correctly, since no hardline on device telling you exactly where it will cut or having the ruler slip. This device also lacks a center line that would help, to line up exactly where the cut would be, which is needed both on top and bottom. But I did find the lock down flip ruler bar to be very good and the slice window narrow enough to defined the center cut area, so that I could line up my already provided line cuts. Helping to cut my LittleThingsofInterest.com LTI book kits, much faster than a scissor. 🥵 I found the preformation cut useful for a well defined crease. I was a bit surprised at how miniature the wavy cut was, which would be useful for my small projects. I cannot speak to the multi sheet cutting, in past it never worked out well, so I never do. Overall, I am very happy with the device. I love that it came in its own well labeled storage box, since I do always store back in the original box when provided %26 when between craft projects. So after making well over 200 mini books, both my own homemade ones and LTI book kit ones. Let alone buying all those Mini Brands books capsules various waves. Our home made foam/contact paper bookcases (all 9), were in need of a major upgrade. We also had an un told amount of stackable MB book shelves that seem to want to break apart every time the kids wanted to move them. After reviewing Esty sellers' so called 1:6 scale bookcases, I was ready to give up (most bookcases only 8-9” tall). If you wanted a true 1:6 scale 13” tall bookcase, it was well over $100. 🤢 Luckily, I found fastchas7 an eB seller who had 13 3/8 inches tall by 5 1/4 inches wide, 3D printed PLA bookcases for less than half the cost of the other seller. So, over time we been able to slowly add to our furniture collection. Making everyone happier! Happy Crafting

Cute. Easy to rotate blades and change out. Lightweight

This is a neat paper cutter with multiple settings. I have been cutting cardstock to make flash cards and it cuts through it well for the most part. You definitely have to push down on the blade as you slide it and sometimes have to go over it a couple of times, but most of the cuts work well. I like that the different settings are all stored within the cutter, so there are no loose pieces to keep track of. The curvy edge is very small curves, so it's almost hard to tell that it is curvy at all. Overall, it is a decent paper cutter. Not the best one in the world, but it is enough to get the job done for cutting routine things. I am happy with my purchase.

I was excited to get this for my craft projects. I tested out the perforated option, the wavy option, and the straight cut options (see photo.)They didn't work well with thin paper, like loose leaf, but worked with thicker paper like for a mailer or cardstock. It took some effort for all of the options. I couldn't get the fold option to work well with either type of paper. I will be using this with cardstock, so it will meet my needs.

I am so disappointed in this product and disappointed that I can't recommend it. The wavy blade makes waves so small, it's just not impactful. It's nice that it has a scoring blade but who wants to go back and forth when cutting and folding card bases. The regular blade was difficult to move and all the cutting blades fell short in that they just couldn't cut all the way through without going back and forth several times and pressing hard. Even then I had pieces that had no cut go through near the ends. It does have an arm extension to cut bigger pieces of paper and the measuring and diagonal markings are handy. But overall this is much more work than it is worth.

This paper cuter arrived today; it does not even cut plain paper. I tried several times (back and forth) with just one piece of paper. Scallops did not cut either. Perforated was somewhat effective but not impressive. Scored feature also does a poor job. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this product.
