Does the job well…wish the inside did not have a plastic coating however. Looks very well made.

I've been using this filter every day, with a large ceramic dripper/holder. It's great! I love it. I wondered at first if it would really be possible to use it without a paper filter -- but yes! Can skip the paper.I have some other filters I've used with the ceramic dripper -- gold ones -- they're nice but, regardless of any claims, I must add a paper filter to those (or drink coffee grounds).So, this Ovalware filter is really a great find, and I only wish I'd found it sooner than I did!

We can make better coffee than 99% of the coffee shops in the comfort of our own home with this filter. There are oils in coffee beans that are absorbed by paper filters. This filter gives us the richest, smoothest flavor of any coffee makers we've owned.

I'm very pleased with the reusable coffee filter. With a paper filter I often had trouble with bubbling out the pour spout of my Chemex while adding the hot water. This never happens with my new reusable cone. It is definitely more economical than paper filters. Easy to keep clean also.

I've been using the paper filters for years. It's a drag when I run out and have to run to the store in the morning just to get my coffee going. This filter works great. Does exactly what it's supposed to do...and I can't tell if there is any flavor loss or difference than paper so far. I recommend it for sure.

Since my purchase in August 2018 (its now mid-February 2019), I’ve been using this filter twice a day. It’s so efficient, easy to clean, and hasn’t clogged at all. I am so glad that I thought of using a reusable filter than having to use and throw away paper filters. Once it does start slowing down a bit, I just pop it in the dishwasher and then it’s good as new! I hope it’ll last me for many more months, or even years!

I have tried another stainless steel pour-over coffee filters with built-in holder (like a ring under it) that fits directly into the mug/ glass and i am satisfied with it. So at first i was quite skeptical when i saw the shape of this coffee filter, until i tried it. It exceeds my expectation, because it is not only fit for a glass/ mug, but it can also be used on any other container that has narrower opening. So, basically more 'options' available without the rings installed under it.This stainless steel pour over coffee is great for anyone that only needs a cup or two coffee every day, and doesn't want bulky coffee machine takes up space counter. It is very straight forward and simple to use, to clean and to store. I just hand wash this coffee filter under cold running water, and using brush to remove any grind left. And moreover, this really saves the environment by reducing the usage of the paper filters.This is my honest opinion in exchange of an opportunity to try and review this product. Thank you.

I originally wrote about a problem with the internal liner. On the photo you can see that it has a tear after only two weeks since purchase. The company got in touch with me right away and agreed to replace it. They assured me this was a faulty filter and not the standard product. I will assume that is true but will update once I receive the new one. Four stars for now depending on future performance.

This filter did not fit the Bodum 34oz double-walled very well especially after removing the rubber ring. It was a bit too small in diameter.I strongly question if the material of the inner filter is stainless steel. It seems like some type of plastic but it is so hard to be sure.

Have been using for >2 weeks now and coffee still has funny metallic(?) taste. I had to make grind finer to keep water from draining through too quickly-maybe part of the problem. Needs some kind of tab or handle so i can be lift off the chemex while coffee is still hot and not burn my fingertips. I think I will go back to paper filters,
