was easy to put together abd overall comfy for the whole family from the shortest to the tallest and I love being lazy and using the lift to stabd up even though i dont personally need it 🤣
We love the chair. So comfortable and easy to operate for my brother. He has arthritis in his hands and it is hard for him to use them.

My mom likes it, super comfortable, reclines fully, and easy to use. she doesn't disconnect the cables like she did with the other chair.

I was bit disappointed because the cat the furniture came to my door fine but when you gave the address to the man to come and assemble it that I paid for and you gave the wrong address so I had to wait extra days to get my chair put together and that was very disappointing. The chair is not as comfortable as I thought it was supposed to be. I'm rather disappointed mostly, I think I should get my money back for the man who assembled the chair. It was supposed to accommodate someone tall. I am 5ft 8" and my feet hang to the ankles over the end when reclining. aThere is a whining noise when using the lift. Chair was to accommodate a weight of 400lbs I weigh 340lbs. I bought insurance coverage, but didn't receive any information for it.
