Beautiful chair arrived right on time! Very easy to assemble. Had a few questions and Customer Service was very quick to respond! Pleasant buying experience.

My Dad needed this chair for his knees, this chair is just extremely amazing for him. Nice comfy, very stylish and most of all the lift adjustments backwards and forward straight on his feet is the favorite things about his new love chair

Pretty cheaply made and the massager and heat aren't very good, also way smaller than I thought. Looks way bigger in the picture. I wouldn't recommend.

I ordered a chair with cup holders and the one that i got doesnt have them!!

I waited patiently for this item. I had to miss a days wages to be home to receive the item, however when FedEx deliver it, the deiver rolled it out of the trucka d left it ar the end of my driveway. All is caught on security cameras. the boxes had big puncture holes in them from being mishandled. This wou0ld not be an issue if i were not disabled and did not have to depend on others for assistance.i paid extra for expedited shipping and did not get expedited by an means. A refund of those fees would be appropriate.

This is not a heavy duty chair, definitely NOT an oversized chair. This is more of a child size chair. Very disappointed in my purchase

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my hubby.I was excited for him to open it!!He was thrilled!Until he went to use the heat and massage...NEITHER WORKED..USB PORTS?NO WORKIE!!A huge let down for us both..I can't afford to pay the shipping cost to send this back even!no help from Wal-Mart,customer servoce and can't get anyone on the phone at the chair company.Igave it one 🌟..how i wish i could've given 5 🌟 review..😥😡
