Took wayy to long for transit and tracking was no help. And then when it arrived it was a yellow and orange ball not even blue. Looked nothing like what's pictured!

BAD SERVICE
What seemed to be a joy to my daughter turned into a disaster. First, it took more than 3 weeks to get home, because I contacted customer services, where they treated me well, but the shipment was very bad, besides they sent the wrong item.
