I have noticed less and less cravings since taking African mango seed. I dropped 2.6lbs in 2 weeks and .5 inch off my waist (I do also lift weights and go on daily walks). I take this with chromium and I have noticed I crave more whole foods packed with protein and less sugar, simple carb food. I am a foodie and usually always have food on my mind but this has helped me so so much! It says you can take 2 a day however I forget, and my daily dosage is 1 about 30 mins before I eat.

One of the best quality African mango supplements good for all ages it is good for 2 months as a size if you consume one pill a day. It helps for appetite suppress for diet and it is good as antioxidant. It has no after taste. Packaging is good. Dosage again is a pill a day. I do recommend it.

Take 2 a day. Each before lunch and dinner. I used to take a similar one from Blackmore last year and it did help a lot in reducing weight. Gonna see if this one yield the same effect

I have used African mango to help me eat less and have experienced that it can make me feel less hungry but have not used it enough to tell if it helps with weight loss.

I took the recommended dose and benefitted from curbed appetite. I found the small sized capsules easy to swallow. There was no bad taste. Unfortunately, the ingredients gave me headaches.

I cannot recommend this product so far. I do not see any benefits so far.
