Ingredient is vegan, which means it is halal. I'm not sure about the dosage, but seems good. Purchased for my mom but I also consumed it several times, easy to swallow. First the good thing: it does make me feel more energetic and less food craved. But it is anti blood clotting which means if you have medical conditions you should be aware. It doesn't help much for my weight loss and when I don't take it, I have withdrawals symptoms (not energetic). I stopped taking after a week.
