Black seed oil gives some fantastic health benefits to help us stave off free radicals, toxins, bacteria, and other not so friendly characters constantly trying to access our bodies. I love all Paradise brand products! Quality ingredients and no junk fillers. I always have good results. I transitioned to black seed oil to try and reduce the number of different supplements I'm taking and so far like how I'm feeling. Black seed oil is good for so many things and Paradise has not disappointed!

Paradise Herbs consistently have clean herbals that do not have fillers. That is the case here but because this is an oil supplement, the capsule contains gelatin (animal source.) Though I normally avoid gelatin caps and capsules and search for "vegan" supplements for that reason, my concerns about carrageenan, the vegan alternative to animal gelatin, out way this. I am taking Paradise black seed oil, along with Paradise Jiaogulan, as two internationally acknowledged health aids that are more consistently taken (by me at least) in a supplement form. Both of these have centuries of reputation for adaptogenic, rejuvenative and anti-mutagenic results in the human body. ++cj

Great value and quality. Black seed can be quite potent for some people. It's much easier to take when in capsule. It's outstanding in health benefits!

For years I have used Paradise Herbs. Their products are reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I like to use Black Seed when I know I'm going a little before, during and shortly after I travel to help build up and maintain my immune system.

Paradise herbs are great quality. Food-sourced and more bio available, which means more benefits with herbs and vitamins which work BETTER. (Always look for food-sourced vitamins rather than lab made as they offer better quality nutrition. MUCH better for you and they work).

Black cumin seed oil. Softgels are easy to swallow. I see it works good for my skin and hair good-looking.

I recently tried a black seed supplement to help manage my seasonal allergies and joint pain. The results were promising; I noticed a reduction in my allergy symptoms and less joint discomfort after a few weeks of use. However, I understand that more research is needed to fully validate these benefits. Overall, I'm satisfied with the supplement as an adjunct to my regular treatments.
