High quality ingredients. The forms of B1, B12, and Folic acid are the best available according to my research, and isn't available in most supplements. Pill size is not too big. No bad smell or taste like some B complex supplements. Will continue to buy this product. I like all the other complementary ingredients not found in other vitamins.

Love this b complex! It's got all the b's in the right doses and all the usual Paradise Herbs supplementary ingredients to maximise its absorption and efficacy. And it's got the methyl folate that is ideal for those with the mthfr gene mutation. I feel energised and happy whenever I take these.

No pyridoxine HCL in this formula. This can lead to neurological conditions. I had pain walking on my feet. A couple of months later, after stopping with the pyridoxine HCL, it got better! This formula only contains "P5P", Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate as vitamin B6.

I love the quality and whole food ingredients for this highly absorbable B complex. I also appreciate that there is methyfolate instead of folic acid, which many people (like myself) cannot properly utilize. I often like to split the serving as 1 cap in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

Just started using this product, so I have no idea yet. Haven't gotten sick yet but don't feel any difference in energy levels yet either. Have to wait and see...

want to have an acceptable vitamin b complex but seems this is being over engineered. Keep it simple, do not add extra ingredients. I do not eat gluten or milk on best diet but soon as i have this, it causes constipation and stomach upset.
