Paradise Herbs Flex, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I do think these are helpful; good ingredients and small, like all Paradise as there are no fillers. Do take them early in the day as recommended as the ingredient "cissus" can be stimulating. I will stick with them as I want to remain as active and painfree as possible.

This supplement seems to be helping me to reduce joint pain. After running out of it, and not taking it for a couple of weeks I noticed joint pain in my finger. After starting to take this supplement again, the pain has now reduced and is nearly gone after a week. I take 1 capsule every evening. The ingredients are a good combination, no bad taste, and easy to swallow.

I like that package clearly states the amount of each herbal extract, that it has no fillers and that the capsules are plant-sourced, which is good for those of us who want to avoid gelatin capsules. Paradise is a reputable company whose products I've bought for years because of the high quality. I notice the benefit in flexibility the same day.

I found this Ayurvedic formula from Paradise herbs, called Flex, to be helpful. It makes me feel more flexible when I exercise. I've never been flexible and as a senior I've found that I need to work out in the afternoon, when my body temperature is naturally higher than at other times of the day. Otherwise I find I am injuring myself because I'm not thoroughly warmed up. Flex definitely helps.

I trust the quality of Paradise Herbs. I love their herb combinations. It saves money because I don't need to buy each ingredient individually. At my age (64), things start aching but I want to stay active, so this helps.

This is a great ayurvedic blend. I'll order it again as it seems to help my shoulder tendonitis. It's produced by my favourite company.

Very good quality and the ingredients are very powerful. I will continue at least for 6 moths to see if my cartilage will be improved.

The ingredients of the product are very good and its combination can be helpful in rheumatoid arthritis problems. We have not tried the product yet so I will come back with more comments.
