This is good, but is it economical?
This product does what it says. However, each capsule contains only 400 mg of the Gardenia Cambodia. Since it is generally accepted that a minimum of 500 mg before meals is best, 2 capsules are needed. So, one has to question whether this product is cost effective!?

Garcinia Cambogia user
I have strictly taken this product according to its directions of use for the last two weeks. Unfortunately, I have not seen results. Also, milligrams are too low; the recomended amount is 1,500mg. These only contain 800 Capsules have only 80% fill of the powder and the rest is empty. 6 capsules a day is too much intake with a 60 capsule bottle that only lasts around 20 days, less than a month.
