The only ingredient is ginger, which is packed in a vegetable cellulose capsule. I haven't noticed a weird taste from the capsule, even tho ginger does usually have a strong taste, so that's a benefit for sure! My belly is usually sensitive, but I do tolerate it well, so that speaks for it's quality!

I take this supplement as it's good for digestion. I also drink a lot of ginger tea, as well. I haven't seen a significant difference yet in taking it but I don't have any stomach issues, either. So maybe it is🤔 Only time will tell on this ginger supplement if it working for its Intended purposes.

Good ginger. Also quite cheap. I take it mostly in the morning with my soy milk and also wit honey. It's quite good for me, although I take some other supplements, but what I can say is that it's quite warming the body and mostly the belly area. Good brand overall. And I find it better than the Now foods ginger. Peace and health 💕
