Paradise Herbs Schisandra, 60 Vegetarian Capsules (250 mg per Capsule)

I take one capsule every morning with my coffee so I can focus on my work. Sometimes I take one before the meeting as well. It works great!!

Size of capsules are small and easy to swallow. I love you only need one per dosage. I can really tell that this is some good quality ingredients that I can benefit from.

Great for high stress days when I need help unwinding and relaxing.

I take one capsule daily with a meal and find it very beneficial and easy to swallow with clean ingredients and an acceptable taste.

This saved my life and restored my health. Doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me but I had symptoms of extreme anxiety, depression, mental thinking impaired and the list goes on. I tried all sorts of things including various vitamins and minerals but the only thing that fixed me was Schisandra. I suspect I had high toxicity in my liver and I noticed after taking this my urine became dark for a few days so I suspect Schisandra had cleansed my liver. Slowly over several months all my symptoms slowly disappeared!

In fact, I do not know. I take one at noon and have the feeling of more energy aftrwords. But for a long time assessment, I have to wait a bit longer. I plan to give it to my senior dog. But first I need to check the literature. What is Sure I will continue with my Schisandra capsules.

I love this product. I can't say how others would respond to it but I can't do without it. I have Chronic Lyme disease and this helps with agitation . It has a very calming effect on me. Whenever I stop, my symptoms get much worse and need to go back on it. KP

I bought it because of these tiny size. every supplements manufacturer should take care of the elderly. the quality is OK, Of course, it can be better.

Made my body produce to much estrogen. Good size and quality but not for me.

This supplement is difficult to assess as I have only taken 1 pill a day for about 3 weeks...there may have been a slight increase in energy but I noticed nothing else and it may require more pills a day to feel the effect but the bottle only says to take 1 a day??
