So easy to use. although it's in Celsius(I'm a Farenheit gal). The smell of the wax was delightful and me horribly dry fingers and arthritic hands enjoyed the heat(dipped at 50c). it's not a large foot print machine, so perfect for my bathroom.

This was a gift. They're very happy with it.

works as intended, but a little difficult to submerge hands when its on counter unless you keep good amount of wax in it... wax is a bit greasy... so good purchase then consider your wax refils

this was purchased as a gift and the only complaint she had was that she did not like the scent of the wax that was provided. She was able to purchase a fragrance she did like, though.

You can't turn the light off. The instructions did not make sense so I had to YouTube it. You have to set it to 185 with the arrows to melt the wax, then turn it down to 165 to safely dip your feet or hands. Says it is Bluetooth but it is not. Takes 4 blocks of wax to fit a women's size 8.5 foot.

Messy to use. Used it for 3 weeks on my hands for arthritic pain.No improvement at all. A pain spray words better for relief without the mess of wax particles hard to clean up.

At the highest heat setting or on the automatic setting it takes almost 4 hours to melt the wax. It also comes with lavender scented wax (which I can't stand). Replacement wax was nearly impossible to find in a local store and was half the cost of the original purchase of the machine.

This unit does not heat properly. after two hours , even wrapped in a big towel , it's still not melted all the way. Will be returning and ordering something else.
