Paragon Outdoor 11' x 11' Florence Aluminum Pergola in Chilean Ipe Wood Grain Finish with Crème Convertible Canopy

I had the pergola for 1 week. Extremely pleased with every aspect. Clear instructions (double check small callout boxes). Took 2 people about 8 hours to assemble. Company is very responsive to any questions or problems. The only thing I would change is not to use Fedex. Terrible tracking system never know when package will arrive, I ended up going to Fedex facility to pick up pergola myself.

The pergola is very nice. It was shipped promptly and came early. It took my husband a couple of days to assemble alone (needed 3 people in one 10 minute section). He made sure all the parts were there, we printed the instructions before the pergola arrived and he reviewed them while waiting. That helped a lot. The canopy is heavy and thick, but I actually need sunglasses when the sun hits at a certain angle through the top of the canopy. The light is defused, it's not like canvas. The only problem (even though it was expertly packed) was one of the posts had a small dent, not a deal breaker... I just wish he had turned it towards the fence, but I don't think he noticed it.

Well made, sturdy and just what we wanted for a very good price at Sam's Club. My husband and I put it together ourselves (we are in our 60's). It took us longer than their projected time frame, but we took our time due to some windy afternoons. We bolted it into concrete using the supplied bolts (not the best quality) and an impact drill. I would advise reading the instructions a couple of times before proceeding, laying out all of the parts (there are many!), and watching a video of how it goes together. It's not terribly difficult, just takes some time. The instructions included are very good.

Looks great! Instructions were good and easy to folllow. Not sure what I'll do in the winter re: the shade screen... that was pretty difficult to put up. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful and sturdy. Excited it isn't wood so it can withstand the Texas weather and heat. So happy for this purchase. Only downfall is the lengthy set up; make sure you have at least 2 if not 3 people.

Nice and steady

I bought this pergola for my pool area to give us more shade. This pergola is beautiful and what I expected. I like that's it's aluminum but looks like wood. It should hold up to the all day sun and winter snow nicely. My husband put it together by himself. It did take him 5 hours, it would have been easier with 2 people. The directions were clear, the parts went together as expected. We are very happy with this purchase.
