PARAMED Digital Infrared Thermometer - Forehead and Ear Thermometer

Loving this thermometer so far. I've been checking stores and was having a hard time finding one. This one is meeting our needs in this COVID Pandemic times. It does all of the things that thermometers should do, all with no contact. We are currently checking our temps daily in our household and checking the temps of any guest that comes over before we let them in. It is allowing for peace of mind in these trying uncertain times. Would buy again

I bought this so I can keep an eye on my son's temperature. He is on the autism spectrum and has a lot of sensory problems. Using an ear thermometer or holding one in his mouth is out of the question. This is a much better option. I don't even need to touch him to use it. I can also use it in the kitchen since it will check the surface temperature of my cooking.

So far, so good. Seems very accurate. I've compared it to my oral electronic thermometer and the readings are the same or just 0.1° different, if at all. Small, easy to use, quick readings and no need to sterilize between use. Price was perfect. Comes with batteries, instructions for use and a nice fabric storage case. I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this touchless forehead thermometer to others without hesitation.

The thermometer came neatly and securely packaged. It was simple to load the included batteries. It is very simple to operate. I did not have to pay a lot of money, yet I feel I got a good product that does what more expensive models do.

Easy to use and very accurate! Just recovered from Covid and this thermometer was an absolute Godsend! I will be ordering more of these for every one of my kids and grandkids!!

This is perfect for checking your body temp and then being able to turn around and check your pc temp and your food temps its pretty cool. I love it and recommend others to buy.

Nice thermometer. Giving this a 4 because I think the battery will be very difficult to remove when it needs replacing. Poor design for this. Also the directions are long and confusing needs a quick start guide.

I feel that the listing pictures were very deceptive, as the last picture showed 2 AAA batteries next to the thermometer. My thermometer did not come with any batteries, even though there was a spot in the plastic packaging that was battery shaped. After receiving the item I re-read the listing, and it does specify that batteries are not included, however I still feel like it is deceptive marketing to include that batteries in the listing pictures when that is not what you actually get on purchasing. As I am now waiting for my batteries to ship I haven't been able to use the thermometer yet, but it seems to be good quality and I like the fact that it has multiple modes and you can use it for baby bottles or bath water too!

Well, right out of the box, installing the batteries wasn't terrible. i liked that the battery door opened with just a push and sprung open. The diagram was inside so a little difficult to read the -. After installing the batteries I tried it out on my sick child with flu and fever, it did not show that he was running a fever. instead it showed that the batteries were almost dead. Super disappointed. Glad i bought 2 different thermometers. The other one works great. I guess when i get some batteries I will try again.
