PARAMED TENS - Stimulating Machine for Pain Relief

Ordered this to replace an old tens unit prescribed to me years ago by my doctor which I paid 20 times more for and would not hold a charge any longer, thus said this little unit is fantastic, works great at relieving pain and is so rewarding, I love love love this product..

This unit is a lot more powerful than I ever would've thought. I've had a few tens units over the years and normally I need to crank them up to the highest level but not with this one. I get a good dose of shocks at about midlevel and the fact that I get more than 2 spots to feel it is great.

Arrived in like a day or 2 of ordering and I'm so glad it DID!!!! Item is as described, works great, includes an acupuncture chart and point marker so you know where to place pads for all types of pains, knee, neck back, foot, etc. - did not expect that and totally appreciate it super useful, thank you. If you are NOT in a job that causes you to sweat a lot and you suffer from muscle spasms or say back pain due to your job. YOU can wear this under your clothing and turn it on as you need; to provide relief to get to the end of your work day-the wires are barely noticeable If you have a very physical job buy 2 of these and after you get home and shower place pads on feet and every other tight spot and work that out before bed or PERHAPS BEFORE dealing with loved ones and having dinner (especially if PAIN makes you an JERKFACE) when you get in. If you want to return to being a joy to be around and massages tend to make you feel better/happier - this will help. If you have not been taking care of self and this is your starting point I'd take a weekend and wear it and relax and eat and heal. due to the level of tension and the body's response it can run like an itch . because one muscle group make be overcompensating for another and so on. Just take some time and realize it may take more that one use to feel a LOT better for some of us. If you have MS or hyper muscle contraction/contortion with fatigue from that, because of chronic disease or an injury - THIS will help you. I've friends who I've used my other TENS units on and it really helped them loosen up when used consistently FORE: when changing modes you are working within spheres/groupings of modes take your time if you following the list to get to where you want to be. TRY not to fall asleep with these pads on - ESPECIALLY if you dont have back ups. The pads can come off and get 'fuzzy' if worn while sleeping. If that happens you may get 1 or 2 more good uses from them. you can clean the pad with alcohol to try to extend the life of pads. I bought replacements when I bought the unit, because I am prone to falling asleep when I put this on for more than 30mins For the price of the unit and the level of prevention and personal care vs a Chiropractic or ER or DR visit - you can't beat it nor can you afford to keep putting off the care. well ya could yet when it comes time for care that can cost you more than the cost of the unit.

Very intense unit on the higher settings. I've had many knots all around my shoulder blades and this unit definitely used muscles I haven't used in a while.

I have tried several brands/models and I love these little massagers. The newer ones don't last as long especially if you use them twice a week like I do. This one has good modes, however the clip on the pad does not snap on well so when its on, it doesn't work unless i hold the button down on the pad which is hard to do when its on the back of the arm and back where I have to use it. I will try to exchange for another one because this one seems defective.
