Not sure if it will work for an extended period of time, but it is nice to not need a drill to install. Directions were easy to follow and it is easy for me to open while keeping my baby/toddlers out of the cabinets so it seems to be effective!

My son loves to open and slam my cabinets and once installed he stopped. He couldn't open the cabinets once there were installed and they are sturdy enough to keep him out. The plastic seems strong and I expect these to last a while. My boyfriend installed them and said they were very easy to install.

If you don't need them functional all the time you can push them down and turn them to the side which keeps them down and out of the way. That's a really nice feature to have! Overall, I really like these!

I have two little ones—a three-year-old and a one-year-old—and they're always opening cabinets and pulling everything out. These locks have been a game-changer. They come with strong adhesive backing that keeps them securely in place, and I really appreciate that they also include small holes for screws in case you need extra reinforcement. While I haven't needed the screws yet because the adhesive is surprisingly strong, it's great to have that option for added security. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I couldn't figure out how to install it. It's effective, it works. The child is also safe because he can't open the drawer all the way. It is not versatile, it only blocks the drawer from opening. It won't be as diverse as I said.

My cabinets aren't flat at the top, it has a lip so it gets stuck at the very back of the top piece when you shut it. Only downfall, but it still works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well built latches, however the latch is too short if there is a drawer or another cabinet door next to the one you are putting the lock on. I can't get my fingers behind the cabinet door to unlock the latch after installing. The latch does work well with just the adhesive backing to attach it, but it was pretty useless for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not recommend using this product. It may be a good product if you screw the pieces in, but the adhesive strips just simply do not work. My children were able to yank open the cabinet doors and drawers, with this product installed.
