very sturdy. long lasting. I thought I could plunk it into the ground anywhere. I need to re-think where I can use it now for it is a permanent fixture.
Sturdy and well-built. A favorite outdoor game with our family for many years. Even the dogs loved to play with it hitting the ball with their nose. Fun to watch. This one looks heavy duty and one that will last for many years. Over time, the ball and cord might have to be replaced. I like that the pole can be taken up and put away during inclement weather. We put cement around the tube that the pole goes into. Well-satisfied.
Taller than expected, lots of fun for kids and ease to putting together.
was going to assembly my own pole, but this is so much easier and a very good value.
We installed the pole into a tire with concrete, so we could move the tetherball set around the yard as we wish. It is a relatively sturdy product, as the metal pole is thick. The only negative thing I have to say is the rope that is tied to the ball is thin and cheap, and ours is already coming apart. (easy to buy a new rope though) My very active nine year old twins received this for their birthday and are thrilled with it.
Fun for the kids as well as the whole family.
Finally a tether ball set that doesn't fall apart after just one time. Quality made expect the ball keeps going flat.
I got this for my grandsons 5th birthday he lives with me in a 31' trailer so it was to be our outside exercise. I am 65 and loved tether ball as a kid. He loved it too. I got the tire, cement, and made the base ahead of his birthday. After only a few days the ball broke off. I was able to tie it back on to the metal in the ball we will see how long that lasts. I will probably keep fixing it as it is a great small area activity. I feel I should have gotten a more expensive set. It was his special gift from his grammie. Now broken, and of course he cried. Could not rate, as was missing pieces, the tetherball, and the tether rope. Did not have replacement parts. Had to go elsewhere to purchase
No teather no ball!! What the puck . I want a refund
