It took a bit to assemble but worth it. It seems sturdy and good quality for the price Lovely light beige color Also a loop was missing from an ottoman cushion. Park well replaced the cushion cover promptly. We had a good customer service experience.

The assembly service is a total joke!!! Angi set up an assembly appointment three times and never showed up. I would suggest not to use Angi!!! It took awhile took get the refund on the assembly but I worked with a customer service representative from Walmart named Simon he was Wonderful and expedited my refund.

i absolutely love this set. very comfy. I purchased, knowing I'll replace cushions. The cushions given are kind of thin. but the color is nice and neutral. I picked the yellow color of weathered wicker. It's a nice light, natural wicker color. I chose this set for the wider seats and a larger weight limit. It was a bit hard putting together. A 2 person job.

We bought two sets! They are gorgeous dark brown! Very substantial! The ottomans are large, the cushions are comfortable! Parkwell has excellent customer service! We chose to purchase assembly, we are very challenged when it comes to anything like this! Angie did not send the needed manpower to assemble our sets. Then wanted an extra charge to get it right at a later date. We refused and had someone else do it for the same price as we were originally charged. Walmart refunded our costs for assembly! A few bumps but we love the finished product. Parkwell and Walmart treated us wonderfully!

Beautiful set!

When this set arrived, there weren't any instructions included; however, my handyman was able to figure putting chairs together. The seat cushion for one of my chairs is torn and I reached out to Walmart immediately after unwrapping. I was told I would hear back from vendor within 48 hours; however it's been 5 days and nothing. If I don't hear back by end of day, I will contact again. The set is very well made and comfortable to sit in. Everyone that has seen it tells me this. Very happy with this purchase but hope I can get a replacement seat cover very soon so I can utilize the other chair.

So far the set has come in two different deliveries and chairs were delivered without the swivels and hardware to finish putting the chairs together. So if you want to wait a week or longer for this set to have everything needed put it all together maybe buy something else.

Worst purchase ever, keep coming apart, wrote to manufacturer who promised replacement parts over 6 months ago. The bottom bolts are not long enough and will come out while you're sitting in them! Told them I was not able to send photos,, asked for a return or replacement, all denied and ignored..
