Its a much better quality than a set I bought from another store. The pillows are thick and firm. I love it. Now I need to to the two single chairs to match it.

nice couch, great value
The couch and cushions look very nice. I like how neutral the gray color is of the cushions. it's not super grey but more of a beige. I wish the cushions stayed together more though on the back without having to be readjusted. that would be my only negative. otherwise the couch is very comfortable and looks nice and seems sturdy.

Bad cushions
Everything is great except the cushions. The fabric is very scratchy and once washed, they shrank and are now not sitting correctly. I'm going to have to get new covers or all new cushions.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
THE COUCH WAS DELIVERED TO FLORIDA AND I LIVE IN TENNESSEE!!!!! EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CANCEL THE ORDER OR CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, YOU STILL DELIVERED IT TO FLORIDA AND I DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!! I WAS ABLE TO GET THE RETURN LABEL TO THE PERSON IN FLORIDA SO THE COUCH COULD BE SENT BACK TO THE SELLER AND YOU STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!! THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
