Well made and cushions are thick ! love the color , is much more beautiful in person ... not to mention how comfortable and sturdy it is! love it :)

Love our new patio sofa now that we finally got it together. The instructions were terrible. All the lettered parts were wrong and some letters were skipped over. So we basically had to figure out on our own. Thank goodness my husband is good with figuring this stuff out or I would have had to send it back. So glad we got it together , I do love it.

absolutely awful to put together. my husband had me stand on steel frame repeatedly to be able to line up holes for bolts. This was aggravating to say the least. The sofa itself, once constructed is beautiful and comfortable. I got this item on sale, as a markdown close out, but its still same price i paid online at Wal-Mart. I recommend this product if your strong enough to put it together. we slid the wicker wrappings up and diwn to det them from covering the holes. this makes wicker alittle crooked looking in its weaving pattern but when just glancing at the item you dont notice it inless you know whete to look. I love the piece and glad i was able to buy it. My husband, was really upset and furious with the process. He likes the sofa now that putting it together is completed. its sturdy, nice tools comevwith it to put it together. the instructions were clear. the wrapping of the wicker part at the ends of the frame was too thick and that made it hard to get the holes to line up, close enough. we had to use another longer bolt from our own supply at one connection because of this.

The couch looks good and is comfortable The assembly instructions were horrible. Good luck figuring out which bolt goes where. It was like they were written by two people who didn't talk to each other.

Great size. Sturdy frame. Cushions may not last past a few years (took off one star for that) but new ones can easily be purchased. Overall I love it!

While assembling it, I noticed that the ratan on the right arm is damaged. Since this part will be exposed to the elements, I'm concerned that the damage will get worse over time. I send an email to Parkwell and I'm waiting for response. I will be back here when they resolve the issue. Everything else looks good!

We had to go to the local hardware to get more screws as there were not enclosed in packet. The cushions did not fit on the sofa.They were too large- very strange. Frustrating experience. I would not recommend wasting your time.

The concept is good. Our cushions came deflated, nothing was shrink wrapped. 2 of the 3 back cushions are flat, will not expand. The other ones are ok. There are 4 of the wrong screws extra and 4 missing needed screws, that is preventing us from putting this together. I just contacted the seller so if they respond and send us what we need, I’ll come back and change this. It looks like a great patio sofa, so I hope they come through for us!!
