Paro Floss Holder and Paro Riser Floss Mint Waxed Fluoridated Floss 50M

This is a great concept, but poorly executed. First, the floss is too thick and won't fit into many dental openings that "American" floss can. Second, when I'm trying to maneuver it between my teeth, the floss often shreds, breaks, or releases from the little side grips of the holder. The way the dispenser is set up to let you load and cut it right from the floss dispenser is super cool and could save a lot of wasted floss, so two stars for that. I tried my own floss but the holder couldn't grip the thin floss effectively, either, and it was always loosening from the grippers. So in the end I had to return it and get a refund. In a free market, it's the only way to communicate to a manufacturer or seller that what they're putting out is not meeting consumers' needs.
