I like that it helps control bleeding gums because that's one of my biggest issues when it comes to flossing you're going to the dentist. And I usually have really sensitive teeth and it seems to be working great..

A vacation for my gums

I swear just looking in the direction of dental floss makes them bleed. This toothpaste was wonderfully minty, so refreshing, soothing and very gentle. No agitation or soreness to my poor gums. Great find!

My teeth feel clean and m6 gums not so irritated anymore. It didn't feel like it hurt my sk8n when I accidentally got in on me.

Complete toothpaste

They look a bit whiter and I noticed my gums do not bleed every time I use this toothpaste. Normal creamy consistency with nice minty flavor. Rinses pretty well and quick, leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean. I appreciate this toothpaste helps with the prevention of cavities and gingivitis as well.

I've been using Parodontax Clean Mint daily and it keeps my gums feeling healthier while still leaving my mouth fresh. The mint flavor is strong but not overwhelming, and my teeth feel really clean after brushing. It's easy to work into a routine and actually feels effective, not just like a regular toothpaste with a label on it. I'm happy with it and would definitely recommend it if you're focused on gum care.
