Tubes come half empty! Not worth for the price

New unopened tube contained enough air that after squeezing air out the tube looked like it had been used at least a week. This toothpaste is small and expensive as it is. Very poor value.

I grabbed this 2‑pack of Parodontax because my gums were staging a full‑time protest, and this stuff actually calmed things down. It's not your typical minty toothpaste — the texture and flavor take a minute to get used to — but the results are worth it. My gums bleed way less now, and the whitening is noticeable without feeling harsh. The best part? My dental hygienist is happy with me too. She usually gives me “the look” during cleanings, but after using Parodontax she actually said, “Whatever you're doing, keep doing it.” That's basically a gold star in dental‑hygienist language. With the 2‑pack, I don't have to worry about running out right when things are improving. If your gums need help and you want something that actually works instead of just tasting nice, this toothpaste earns its spot on the bathroom counter.

My painful and swollen gums were noticeably improved after 1st day! By day 3, all gums tight and pain free. Now a few weeks later, my painful gum irritation has never returned. I dont know why it works so well. All my "Sensitive" and "Gum detox" toothpastes didnt work on that puffy painful area. But this Paradontax fixed and healed my gums completely!

I used Colgate Total for years because of the ADA seal, but my dental hygienist recommended Parodontax to better support my gums as I deal with some recession from past habits and not-perfect flossing. This toothpaste is also ADA accepted and uses stannous fluoride to help fight plaque, gingivitis, and bleeding gums, which is exactly what I need. I was worried it would taste weird or leave a film like some sensitivity toothpastes, but it doesn't leave a coating or gross aftertaste for me, and my mouth feels clean after brushing. The major downside to this toothpaste is the cost... it's noticeably more expensive than Colgate Total, whether that's due to the active ingredients, marketing, or just being positioned as a premium gum-care product. Even with the higher price, I'm planning to stick with it for now because of the gum-focused benefits, but it's something I definitely factor into how strongly I recommend it.

It produces a nice foam that will have your mouth feeling clean and smooth for the day. It doesn't leave any nasty aftertaste or residue in your mouth.
