[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is more fun than I expected. The disputes are probably my favorite part. I've played this game with adults in my family and recently took in to a work party. It has been well received by everyone and it's funny to watch the egos flare up. The game is pretty spot on of the usual office drama and I like the opportunities to be a backstabber or even stir up office rumors. For someone like me, who just goes to work because that's where the money comes from- I think it's a great way to show your petty and unscrupulous side lol.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i love watching the office and now me and myfriends and family get to make our own real life version of it the parady game is exciting and before you know it you have been playing for a long time just having so much fun sabotaging your "co workers" i could play every day and never get bored there are so many different scenarios that you are never playing the same game twice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this game over to my buddies house the day I got it in the mail! We do game nights a few times a month and I couldn't wait to give this one a try. We thoroughly enjoyed it! It was a lot of fun and I loved the parody to Risk. We are big Risk fans anyway, but even if you weren't, you would quickly become one! It was a hit! It does take some time to get through, but it is worth it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a blast playing this game! It took us a minute to fully understand the instructions but once we did we had a great time-and we've played it many times since then! The only thing I would change is that we can't figure out how to get more of the “office supplies” once they have all been claimed from the board-and they go fairly quickly in the first few turns. They are needed to play most of the “Drama” cards so we found ourselves unable to use our cards halfway through the game. It was still fun though!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago and have played it a few times. It wasn't hard to figure out but it does take awhile to play. Its super fun and we all had a blast playing it. My 16 year old son played with us but i wouldn't recommend much younger or any younger than that playing it. There is some inappropriate things said on the office drama cards but not terrible. We played with some friends also and they loved it too. I would recommend this game it is really fun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This office game is a fun idea and the directions are easy to follow and get what is going on. I like the idea of playing with office friends but i also think this would make a great Christmas gift as a gift exchange game or a white elephant game as well. It's silly, clever, and just down right funny to play as a group. The only down fall is that you have to play with office friends so you have to have friends.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this around my Birthday to try out at my little get together and it was a spectacular time! Just like the original version of Risk this is a strategic monopolizing game that makes for a fun competition. This Office Politics parody version makes the entire competition hilarious as it has a ton of relativity to real life in a humorous play along. The object of the game is to control 4 departments with at least one manager and one intern in each of those departments. There are office supplies that supply special powers to boost your game. If desired you can break down or extend the amount of departments to rule based on your desired time. This is a two to four player game so the time of one average game is about an hour to an hour and a half. Each player receives 12 managers,20 intern , and 8 donuts. It is just like risk with battles and games etc, just using office type play to it. This is a wonderful game with laughter and joy being a constant and also using some brain as well to beat your opponent. I definitely recommend this Hasbro Risk Office Politics for anyone looking for a fun and challenging strategy game that is perfect for any gathering or adult evening at home. This is definitely an adult game and has some inappropriate for children gameplay. It's a great value for the fun it will continuously bring.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great game to play with your fellow friends that are both republican and democrats. And have debating qualities. Just keep it light though, lol. Hours of fun, and very entertaining. We usually do a game night once a week and this was a hit amongst all of my friends. We got to unplug and connect with each other. Which is why I love board games. Real life interaction instead of being connected and plugged in.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game was fun to pass time with adults. Lots of laughs. Only down side not too many people can play. It's not for children either. It's a simple and easy game to understand and play. Fun all around It could of been a little better with the quality of the pieces though. And maybe put a little more cards. It's easy to repeat the same thing over and over.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't played risk in years but I picked this up on my way to a party. It was a blast. We had so much fun. It would be a really fun to play with a group of work friends. Very entertaining and a whole lot of laughs. When was the last time you played risk? This is worth a try. I'm glad I bought it. Would but it again. Would give as a gift too. XX
