I bought this for my daughter, who's PCOS has been out of control! she is about half way through her first bottle and started her first period since trying to see if these will help. she had no clue how to react to a normal starting period with normal cramps. she loves them and I am on to buy more.
this medicine has really helped me it doesn't taste bad either . the medicine helps keeps my levels where they need to be to keep my PCOS ( insulin resistance) under control .
This product has really helped regulate my period, control pms cravings, and helps boost my overall mood. I will continue buying.
After taking this just 4 days I feel better. Less afternoon crashes and cravings. My belly is less bloated and feels better. This is great quality!
