Party Tents Direct Weekender Pole Tent Party Canopy with Sidewalls, 20x40 White

This tent has been amazing! We host many events at our family property in Upstate NY. This year we decided to invest in our own tent and boy was it worth it! My husband and I purchased it for an event in June and left it up for multiple events throughout July. We did not take it down until August and it was still in great shape. We had 2 tornado warning storms and the tent was unharmed in each! Great quality, set up and tear down took 2-3 people and 2-3 hours each but certainly worth the price to own it yourself!

We have some quality of life concerns with the nuts and bolts but other than that it's a solid tent. I use mine as part of our rental inventory. Not the biggest fan of the included stakes but a quick run to Home Depot fixed that for us.

First first time purchasing tents and the reps really helped us pick out the appropriate tents for our needs. After speaking with them, we realized it would be better to go with the upgraded A-frame units.

I loved

Everything was going as planned until we realized that there were bolts missing. The instructions that came with the product does not instruct you clearly on which parts utilize the screws or if all parts do. On top of that the corners and T connections also are not clear as to which way they are suppose to face. I'd like to to receive additional screws in order to continue to use my 20x20 tent.

Didn't recieve the walls. Called and made a claim. Instead of just making the claim they said someone would call me within 48hrs to finish my claim. That was 5 days ago.

I didn't like this tent at all. . pole are weak n very very thin, we had about 6 guys and tent keep coming apart in pieces are screwing all the eyes in. I would definitely stick to commercial frame or high peak tents only.
