Party Thor 877 Stickered Vinyl Pop with Protector

Product arrived in good condition, despite not having a sorter on it or bubble wrap around it.

Thor arrived in perfect condition and was well packed. The pop is super cute and I love the illusion of movement.

Ordered a second Thor hoping that the box wouldn't come smashed. This one still had damage but wasn't as bad as the first. Might keep this one and try again if they become available.

Ordered two pops. They arrived in different boxes. Both were damaged boxes(one was not as bad and is tolerable) and not from shipping as the packages they came in were in perfect condition. One was dirty with what looked to be food smudges from fingerprints. Absolutely disgusting. No quality check before packing.

The figure is really cool, but don't bother ordering online if you hope to get a box in decent shape. They shipped this in a polybag and it was super beaten up when I got it. Since my Walmart never gets the good stuff like this, it looks like I'm just out of luck. Will be returning this.

funko pop came surprisingly in decent shape but no walmart exclusive sticker on box! this is a collectors item and comes with the exclusive walmart sticker. very disappointing...

Come on warehouse. Been waiting for this pop for months and finally got it. I ordered two, expecting one of them to possibly be damaged, they both came destroyed. Thanks a lot

Hi, I love to buy in Walmart and in Walmart website, I bought a pop, and it came in a plastic bag, is so damaged, most of the times they send it in box please help me.

I ordered this funko pop for my almost complete WHAT IF…? Funko Pop set, but to my surprise when I received it the item was broken. The hammer on the funko pop was snapped right off and shaking around in the box. The funny thing is the box is in perfect condition so the damaged had to have happened before it was packaged. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this quality and service. It makes it even worse that I purchased it during a small drop for the item (as it is an exclusive) so now it is sold out. I will be contacting customer service. I hope that I will receive a replacement or at least a full refund.

I order two of these Funko pops. They were delivered in a bag. No box. Not even bubble wrap to protect them. The boxes are damaged. Your ‘help center' isn't very helpful. I don't know how to get these replaced as my local stores don't carry these. Please help correct this.
