Party Tyme Karaoke: Girl Pop Mega Pack 4

I'm giving this item 1 star due to how the item was delivered to me and in the condition it was in. This seems like it would be fun for the kids and I know they will like it. This item did ship in a timely manner. However, I can't really rate the actual product itself as of right now, as I received this in the mail last night. I ordered it for a Christmas gift for my kids and when I opened the shipping envelope it came in, I was vary disappointed to see that the actual item was crushed in to a hundred pieces and was severely damaged. It looked like some one dropped something super heavy on it and severely crushed it. Vary disappointing. Walmart.com was great to talk to and easy to work with. They are sending me a replacement one that I am suppose to receive in a couple days, granted it doesn't get delayed, which is fine as long as the item gets delivered to me before Christmas and delivered to me this time around un-damaged. I do have to wait for a shipping label to be emailed to me so I can ship the vary damaged one back but again, I'm ok with that as long as I get my replacement one before Christmas and receive it un-damaged, as it is a Christmas gift for my kids. I know they will love it when they open it on Christmas though. Hopefully when the replacement one arrives and the kids try it out for the first time, I can actually give the item itself a better rating.
