No Lemon Taste
The plus: instead of the unhealthy vegetable oils such as canola, Lago uses coconut oil. The minus: There is no lemon taste to the wafer. Whatever the natural lemon flavor used, it doesn't provide any lemon taste. For comparison try Loacker's lemon wafers. The tart lemon flavor is strong and delicious. Loacker uses, not a lemon flavoring, but actual lemon juice powder and lemon peel essential oil. Loacker also uses coconut oil plus vanilla pods and spices. After trying Lago's lemon wafers, I'll stay with Loacker on future purchases.
