Works Well
Works well! I take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the afternoon because two capsules in the morning would be too much. Best if you adjust the dosage to your body weight and size.

MY PASSION
I like the fact that these supplements give me a calming feeling. I got this for myself having a little Anxiety every day. This is my second bottle and will continue to get. After a few days of this supplement, I have noticed a very calming and relaxing feeling. I recommend this to family and friends.

This bottle arrived with a sticker covering half the bottle, I didnt know why they'd do that. Then I realized they covered the expiration date! Thats illegal, and I have to wonder if that was done on purpose. I tried to peel it back , I couldnt do it without damaging the numbers . So as they havent replied to email and Walmart says not us so NO refund , guess im just put $10. Think about this folks before you purchase from here.
