Not great shipping preparation
The shipper used a single layer of shrink wrap to cover the pump bottle. Then it was placed inside a plastic bubble bag. It didn't survive the trip here and inside the plastic bag was a lot of liquid - a sticky mess and little black pieces of plastic.

Product not satisfactory
I normally buy this brand and have no problem being that it is water-based the dispatch was so tacky and sticky we threw it away first time I've been disappointed
